Each Noovia piece is handcrafted with care to ensure lasting beauty and quality. To help maintain the shine and condition of your jewellery, please follow these care tips:

1. Storage & Protection
– Keep earrings sealed in their transparent hygiene pouch until ready to wear.
– Once opened, returns cannot be accepted for hygiene reasons unless the item is faulty.
– Store jewellery in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight or moisture.

2. Cleaning & Handling
– Gently wipe pieces with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.
– Avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and cleaning products.
– Do not use alcohol or harsh chemicals on metal parts.

3. Handmade Nature
Each item is handcrafted, so minor variations in colour or texture are part of the design’s uniqueness.

4. Hygiene Policy
Earrings are sealed in a tamper-evident transparent pouch. If the sticker is removed or the pouch is opened, the item cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
