Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Noovia jewellery. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the conditions below.


Hygiene Notice

For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings can only be returned if they remain in their original, unopened packaging and have not been worn. Once opened, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.

Customers are also responsible for maintaining proper hygiene when wearing earrings. We recommend disinfecting the earrings with alcohol or a suitable cleaning solution before use, and regularly thereafter, to avoid irritation or infections.


Handmade Products

Our jewellery is handcrafted, which makes every piece unique. Small variations in colour, shape, or pattern compared to product photos may occur. These differences are not considered faults but part of the natural charm of handmade items.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at info@noovia.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return postage.


Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.


Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after we receive the returned item in its original condition and packaging.
