At Noovia, we aim to deliver your jewellery quickly, securely, and at a fair cost. Please read below for details on our shipping process.


Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or UK public holidays will be processed the next working day.


UK Shipping

  • Standard Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 48): 2–3 business days.

  • Express Delivery (Royal Mail Tracked 24): 1–2 business days.

  • Next Day Guaranteed (Royal Mail Special Delivery): Next working day by 1pm (orders must be placed before 12:00 noon).

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.


International Shipping

  • We currently ship to selected countries in Europe and North America.

  • Delivery times vary depending on the destination (typically 5–10 business days).

  • International shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.


Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided by email once your order has been dispatched.


Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, Noovia is not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.


Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@noovia.co.uk with photos of the item and packaging.
